We are currently looking for a Technical Support Consultant – OPAL Labelling (SAP Integrated) to join an ongoing global project with one of our international end clients.

Role/Responsibilities:
- Provide technical run & maintain (R&M) support for the OPAL labelling management solution, integrated with SAP ECC/PLM
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to label printing processes involving OPAL, Bartender, and SAP GLM
- Configure and maintain printers within OPAL and SAP; validate compatibility for models like Zebra, CAB, Epson
- Collaborate with the networking team to ensure infrastructure readiness for printing operations
- Create and update label templates in Bartender
- Maintain detailed support documentation and reporting
- Act as the key liaison between business users and technical teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years' hands-on experience in supporting the OPAL environment; Bartender or similar tools experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of SAP (SAP Basis, RFC, SFTP, TMS, ABAP, authorizations, user management)
- Experience with SAP PLM and Computer System Validated (CSV) environments
- Ability to work independently across global time zones
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-organization skills
