Role/Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level knowledge of Swiss SAP Payroll processes and configuration
- End-to-end Swiss payroll implementation
- Liaise with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and implement payroll solutions
- Ensure system compliance with Swiss legal and regulatory payroll requirements
- Lead workshops, support testing, and oversee go-live activities
- Experience in Schemas and Rules
- Strong communications skills
