Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Manager to support the PMO within a dynamic Supply Chain Technology team. This role will lead two key initiatives: the development of a comprehensive training curriculum for core roles and the creation of a hands-on process catalogue to support onboarding and process transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct interviews with key stakeholders.
- Develop and drive a detailed project plan through to year-end.
- Provide guidance based on best practice principles.
- Compile internal and external training options relevant to role-specific skills.
- Coach and guide junior consultants to ensure delivery of high-quality output.
- Review and refine process documentation for the process catalogue.
- Co-create templates for both the training curriculum and the process catalogue.
- Maintain regular progress check-ins with management.
- Support the creation and standardization of templates and materials.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in developing training curriculums.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage across all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and lead a team.
- Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with onboarding best practices.
- Deep understanding of process flow methodology.
- Ability to build process documentation based on stakeholder input.
