Role/Requirements
- Proven experience in Test Management, with a strong track record of leading testing initiatives.
- Must have experience with Tricentis Tosca for test automation and execution.
- Design, document, and maintain comprehensive functional and regression test plans.
- Proficient in using tools such as HP ALM and UFT for test management, alongside Tricentis Tosca for automation.
- Contribute to the test governance strategy, including oversight of weekly regression test execution.
- Participate in planning and implementing regression testing upgrades.
- Drive initiatives to expand test coverage and increase automation adoption.
- Coordinate testing activities, conduct test maturity assessments, and ensure timely communication of deliverables.
