Location: Hybrid – Remote with flexibility to be onsite in Manila 2 days per week.

Role/Responsibilities
- Responsible for the technical and architectural direction of SAP solution.
- Managing system performance, ensuring adherence to security and ITIL processes.
- Collaborating with business and technical teams
- Experience with Technical Audits.
- Planning maintenance and upgrades.
- Providing third-level support and driving strategic improvements aligned with business goals.
- Experience with manage stakeholders & other engagements.
- Strong communication skills.
