We are currently searching for an SAP Licensing Consultant to conduct and support an audit with a global end client of ours.

Role and Responsibilities
- Lead a comprehensive SAP licensing audit across the enterprise, including assessment of SAP systems, users, license entitlements, and overall compliance position.
- Collect and analyse SAP usage data using native tools (USMM and LAW), reviewing system landscapes, user activity, licensing contracts, and third-party integrations.
- Evaluate user classifications, license assignments, inactive accounts, and role mappings to identify compliance risks, optimization opportunities, and cost savings.
- Assess indirect/digital access exposure through external systems, APIs, and integrations, ensuring alignment with SAP licensing agreements and minimizing audit risk.
- Conduct a mock SAP audit to validate license consumption against contractual entitlements, identify compliance gaps, and quantify financial impacts.
- Produce executive-level reporting and remediation roadmaps, including compliance findings, cost optimization recommendations, implementation plans, and ongoing monitoring strategies to maintain long-term license compliance.
