Key Responsibilities:
- Administer U.S. benefits programs and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Manage payroll and benefits for a population of 79 employees across multiple states.
- Oversee the end-to-end payment cycle, including reconciliation and timely disbursements.
- Provide hypercare support during payroll and benefits processes and transitions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Set clear targets, monitor timelines, and drive accountability in deliverables.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.S. payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
