We are currently seeking an experienced SAP HR NL Payroll Consultant for a 12-month, 100% remote contract role.
Start: January 2026 Duration: 12+ Months Location: 100% Remote Languages: English Speaking Type: Contract/FreelanceRole/Responsibilities:
- Proven SAP NL Payroll implementation experience is essential.
- Lead the design of the business blueprint and facilitate blueprint workshops.
- Configure Netherlands payroll using an existing template, updating it with country-specific requirements and supporting testing activities.
- Support and execute user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Compare payroll results against legacy system outputs to ensure accuracy.
- Manage data migration from the legacy system to the new payroll solution.
- Work closely with the country Project Manager and implementation team throughout the project lifecycle.
