Role/Responsibilities:
- Act as Lead Consultant for the SAP Payroll (Germany) workstream
- Provide expert-level knowledge of German SAP Payroll processes and configuration
- Liaise with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and implement payroll solutions
- Ensure system compliance with German legal and regulatory payroll requirements
- Lead workshops, support testing, and oversee go-live activities
- Strong communications skills
