Role/Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in SAP FI and OpenText VIM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support initiatives.
- Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and design SAP-based solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP FI modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Banking.
- Implement and support OpenText VIM, ICC/ICR, and related components such as Business Center and Archive Center.
- Analyze, debug, and troubleshoot VIM workflows, OCR processes, email capture, archiving, and SAP Accounts Payable integrations.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices to ensure solutions align with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable seamless end-to-end processes.
- Resolve system issues, deliver end-user training, and prepare detailed documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, as well as financial reporting requirements.
- Contribute to SAP S/4HANA migration, optimization, and continuous improvement projects.
