Our client is currently looking for an SAP Change Manager to support their S/4HANA rollout driven from Shanghai, China.
Start: January 2026 Duration: 6+ Months Location: Hybrid – Majority remote with 10% travel to Shanghai (expenses covered) Languages: English and Mandarin Speaking Type: Contract/Freelance Utilization: 100%
Role/Responsibilities
- Proven experience in SAP Change Management, driving change activities specific to SAP programmes and deployments.
- S/4HANA expertise, ideally gained through large-scale rollout or deployment projects.
- Background in the retail industry is highly advantageous.
- Ability and willingness to travel to Shanghai for occasional onsite work (approx. 10%).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and training/change adoption skills in both English and Mandarin.
