We are currently looking for an S/4HANA Project Manager to join a Public Cloud S/4HANA transformation project with a global end client of ours.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6-month initial contract with long term extensions
Location: Hybrid – 4 days onsite in Barcelona and 1 day per week remote
Languages: English and Spanish speaking

Role/Responsibilities
- 12+ years’ experience managing large-scale SAP transformation programmes, including international deployments
- Strong track record delivering SAP S/4HANA transformations
- Previous hands-on SAP background is a strong advantage
- Solid experience working within Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Responsible for overall planning, governance, and delivery of a global S/4HANA programme
- Lead end-to-end programme delivery including planning, execution, and global rollout coordination
- Define and maintain programme structure, governance framework, and delivery methodology
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate global rollouts, ensuring template compliance and managing localisation requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams across IT, business functions, and system integrator partners
- Own risk, issue, and dependency management, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation
- Ensure alignment between senior business stakeholders and delivery teams throughout the programme lifecycle
- Monitor programme performance against KPIs, ensuring delivery to scope, time, cost, and quality
