Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Consultant to support a PMO team within Supply Chain Technology. You will assist in developing a process catalogue and creating templates for a training curriculum focused on key functional roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and document stakeholder interviews; send out meeting minutes.
- Assist in the development of process manuals and documentation for the process catalogue.
- Contribute to the creation of templates for training materials.
- Translate interview inputs into clear, actionable process models.
- Work closely with the Senior Manager to ensure deliverables are met on time.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and creating visual materials.
- Flexible, open, and collaborative mindset.
- Strong summarization and process modelling capabilities.
- Ability to create structured outputs based on unstructured conversations.
- Proactive, self-starting approach to tasks and problem-solving.
