Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a unified change management strategy across the IT ecosystem.
- Lead impact assessments, business readiness checks, and stakeholder engagement planning.
- Deliver structured communications, training, and enablement plans for end-users across functions.
- Collaborate with technical leads, program managers, and senior stakeholders to align change milestones with deployment timelines.
- Measure adoption and engagement using data-driven feedback and adjust strategies as needed.
- Coach leaders and influencers to serve as change agents and culture champions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, HR, or related field.
- Certification in Prosci, ACMP, or comparable change management methodology.
- Extensive experience leading change in large-scale IT programs, including ERP (SAP preferred).
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder influence skills across diverse and global teams.
- Proven ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and evolving requirements.
