- Helsinki-Vantaa Airport is located 15km from Helsinki city.
- Terminal 2 for international flights
- Half hour taxi journey to the city from the airport costs approx. 48€
- Finnair bus €6.30, travelling time 30 minutes (depends on the traffic), runs every 20 minutes. Bus 615, €5.00, travelling time 42 minutes (depends on the traffic), runs every 15 minutes. Or Bus 615, €3.88 with prepaid travel card, this (or monthly travel card) is what most local people use.
- Train (begins 1 July 2015) costs the same as bus 615, travelling time 27-32 minutes depending on the route selection. It is a circular railway, both ways go to Helsinki and runs in daytime every 5 minutes and other times every 10 minutes.
